What package should I buy?
Location: purchase (1) Listing Credit for each physical place of business.
On-site Service: purchase (1) Listing Credit for each city your mobile business services.
Shop: purchase (1) Listing Credit for each online store.
Can I change plans at any time?
Sure thing. Login and select the "My Account" tab to see your options, and either upgrade or downgrade your plan.
How do customers view my listing?
Your live listings will appear in the Location, On-site Service, or Shop marketplace your ad is registered to, as well the City search and Refined search options of your choosing.
Is there a contract involved?
No! Pay month-to-month or yearly. If you decide to cancel your listing/s will stay live through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. You can re-activate the listing/s at any time.
What if I don't get any customers?
Spa Nation is the best way to get your presence across the web, but we can't control the number of customers that contact you or potential business you may receive. We will do everything we can to drive traffic to our marketplace, and your listing/s.
Any limit on customer contact I can receive?
Every plan we offer allows for unlimited customer contact. Dependng on what information you decide to post, customers can contact you direct by phone, website, social media or using our online email messaging system. If you have a place of business you can also state if drop-ins are welcome or not.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Your plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
Once the term of your current plan ends, your oldest listings (over the allowed count) will automatically be removed from 'Live' viewing and saved as a 'Post' status.
Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
Yes! If you’re not completely happy with our service, email email@example.com to contact our support. We will do our best to make it right, and if we can’t, we will refund your previous payment.
